Last August 2020 , I attended a workshop at SMK Seafield as a Penyelaras HIP. There, all Penyelaras HIP around PPD Petaling Perdana gathered to listen to a series of talk by representatives from ELTC and PPD regarding the implementation of HIP.
The important point that I got from the workshop was that HIP implementation in all schools must be continued as usual regardless the time and physical constraints due to Covid-19 pandemic and the report must still be keyed in at the given time.
Later on, penyelaras HIP was supposed to do a short PLC or briefing to the school members especially to the committee and English teachers about the important points from the workshop. Basically, it is to remind us about the objectives of HIP and the importance of implementation of good HIP activities.
