Google Form is a very useful online tool nowadays. It has been widely to used to collect data and to conduct survey. Meanwhile, teachers can use it to prepare homework for students and as well to create a self grading quiz.

Before you start any project with Google Form, first you must own a Google account. You can use your Gmail account or MOE Google classroom account. Then you go to https://docs.google.com/forms/ to begin.

Here, I will share with you how to use Google Form to create a quiz for the students.
